Cancellation & refunds.
The public Soreqimavu journal is free to browse. These principles explain how cancellation would work if a separate paid editorial service is offered and accepted in writing.
No fee for the request form
Sending a test brief creates no fee and does not guarantee publication, a reply or advisory work. You may withdraw an unpublished submission by contacting us with enough detail to identify it.
Separate services require agreement
If paid editorial or research work is introduced later, scope, price, delivery milestones, cancellation timing and refund conditions will be stated in a separate written agreement before work begins.
Cancel before committed work
A cancellation request should be sent as soon as possible. Refund eligibility would depend on work already completed, non-recoverable third-party costs and any reserved capacity described in the written agreement.
Pay only for accepted allocation
Once an agreed deliverable is completed and made available, its allocated portion would generally not be refundable. Any exception must follow the applicable agreement and mandatory consumer rights.
Move a session when possible
If a scheduled review becomes impossible, request a new time promptly. Rescheduling depends on availability and may use the same reserved work allocation rather than creating a refund.
Downloaded work cannot be returned
Completed files cannot be physically returned after delivery. Questions about errors, missing scope or unusable files should be reported with enough context for a correction review.
Give us enough context
Send the project name, agreed date, requested action and relevant timing. We will review the written scope, work already completed and mandatory rights before confirming the next step.
